Shipping policy

Shipping policy:
Shipping within the lower 48 states (USA) only, via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to arrive once shipped. 

Damaged, lost, or stolen packages: 
The Sprinkle Case shop is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once handed off to the shipping carrier. Safe delivery is the sole liability and responsibility of the postal service. Please handle disputes directly with the shipping carrier regarding lost or stolen packages. 

Notices: 
Coloration may vary slightly from pictures due to screen color calibration, warmth of display, lighting, and camera equipment used to capture product photography. 

Artifacts on printed parts is unavoidable, parts are inspected for surface finish quality before shipping. However, products may contain minor artifacts, for example on interior surfaces. Artifacts will not effect functionality of the product. 

Due to the nature of the product being custom manufactured, the cover and parts may become looser over time or due to everyday use. Covers may become loose as surfaces are worn down over time. 

SPRiNKLE cases are capable of protecting devices from surface scratches. SPRiNKLE cases are NOT capable of protecting devices from impacts, drops, or other mishandling. The SPRiNKLE case is NOT drop tested. 

The SPRiNKLE Case shop and myself are not liable for any damages to your device while in the SPRiNKLE case or in use with the SPRiNKLE case. 

***Warning for customers who may live in warm/hot environments:
SPRiNKLE cases are made with a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, etc. What does this mean for our customers? PLA is not heat resistant, it will fade in the sun, deform in a hot car, or melt at the beach. PETG is more heat resistant, but still must be handled with care. ABS is heat resistant, however, only the SPRiNKLE signature is made with ABS in the azure blue color way, with yellow PETG buttons. If you live in a hot environment, please order the white or black SPRiNKLE cases which are made completely with PETG. 

Please handle SPRiNKLE cases with care, they contain delicate plastic parts. 

Please note, each SPRiNKLE case may fit slightly differently, the white case may be tight, the mint case may be looser for example. This occurs due to differences in material, expansion/contraction of the material, and tolerances with the 3D printer, in addition to the 3D printer machine itself not being a 100% perfectly accurate machine. 

Please note, the magnetic ring is NOT included with any SPRiNKLE cases! Instead, the case utilizes the original magnetic rings included with the purchase of your XTEINK device from XTEINK. To clarify, the SPRiNKLE case store does NOT supply magnetic rings with the shipment of a case. 

Cross-compatibility between colors is NOT guaranteed due to individual filament material and expansion/contraction rates unique to each color, brand, and type of plastic.
